Membership

1.	Membership to UEEEU is open to any individual over the age of 18 years and any corporation.
2.	By checking the box to become a UEEEU Member you agree to be bound by these Membership Terms and Conditions.
3.	UEEEU reserves the right to reject any application for Membership.
4.	Membership commences upon acceptance of the Membership application by UEEEU.
5.	Membership in UEEEU is not transferable.
6.	UEEEU reserves the right to terminate any Member from further participation in UEEEU Membership Program and revoke all Member Dollars accrued by the Member at any time without notice.

Privacy Policy

When you make a booking via the UEEEU web site, we need to collect information about you to process the transaction and fulfil your order. This information includes, but is not limited to, details such as your name, your contact details (email, phone, fax) and your credit card details. When you submit a request via our email support forms, we also collect your name and email so that we may respond to your request or query as quickly as possible. When you become a member of UEEEU or submit a booking request, we use the collected information in several ways:

• Personal identification and verification
• To complete your hotel reservation
• To allow us to contact you for customer service, if required
• To make improvements to the UEEEU web site

In addition, if you have opted to sign up for membership offered by our website, your email address will be used to send you an email message confirming your new member registration. As a member you, will occasionally receive updates from us about special rate offers, newsletters and any noteworthy changes to the website. However, you may always unsubscribe from receiving these email messages.

For all the information we collect, UEEEU will not disclose it to the public unless it is deemed necessary of requested by law.

Member Dollars

As part of promotion, UEEEU members will receive Member Dollars as rewards. These dollars will appear as balance in member’s account and can be used to offset the bill amount of the online orders. However the offset policy must be obeyed. Please note that offset policy will differ according to time, resources and promotional plan. For newly registered members, at least one confirmed bookings is required to activate the member dollars account.

General Terms

1.	UEEEU may change the Member program rules or program benefits from time to time with or without prior notice. These changes may affect the value of Member Dollars already accumulated.
2.	UEEEU also reserves the right to terminate the program, or any part thereof, in any jurisdiction, at any time with or without notice, even though such termination may affect the right to accumulate Member Dollars or redeem Member Dollars. UEEEU is not liable to Members in any way for any value or benefits Members may lose as a result of any changes made to the program.
3.	It is the responsibility of Members to check the website regularly for any changes to the Terms and Conditions of UEEEU Membership Program. Continued use of the program by the Member will be deemed as acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.
4.	It is the responsibility of Members to keep their mailing address and contact details up to date. UEEEU will not be held responsible for any delay, misdirected or lost mail.
